Juan Martinez, 88, born on November 24, 1937, passed away August 17, 2026. He resided in Huntington Beach, CA at the time of his passing. Juan came to the U.S. in the 1960’s immigrating from Cuba and served in the U.S. Army. Upon completing his enlistment, he entered the Restaurant industry and worked his way up from Dishwasher to Chef remaining in the industry for almost 40 years until his retirement. He is survived by his wife Marta Miriam, children, stepchildren, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. Arrangements are under the care of Forest Lawn, Covina Hills, CA.
