He is survived by his wife Laura Ayala and children Erubey, Tony and Anahi Chavez, his parents Antonio and Martha Chavez and siblings Monica, Martha, Antonio and Yolanda Chavez. Many knew Juan Daniel as a happy, energetic, loving and fun person. He was a great goalie to many local teams as well as the coach for the Yuma girls soccer team. His passion for family, music, dancing, soccer and Atlas will forever keep him in our memories and hearts.
