Josephine R. Terrones

Josephine R. Terrones, 79 of Indio, CA, was granted her angel wings with family by her side on January 19, 2016. She was born February 12, 1936 to Amado Rivas Ramirez and Maria Rubio Ramirez in Indio, CA. She is survived by her husband of 52 years Joseph Terrones of Indio, CA; daughters Tana Batiste of La Quinta, CA and Cathy Terrones of Indio, CA; brothers Rudy Ramirez of Garden Grove, CA, Ramon Ramirez of San Jose, CA, Henry Ramirez of San Jose, CA, sister Carolina Garcia of Indio, CA and three grandchildren: Christopher Michael Guevara, Paul Anthony Terrones, and Tracee Tiana Batiste. She is preceded in death by both parents; brothers Ray Ramirez and Amado Ramirez; and sisters Amelia Pena and Rachel Ramirez. Visitation will be held Thursday, January 28, 2016 from 5:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. at Forest Lawn Chapel, Coachella, CA. Catholic mass will be held Friday, January 29, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church in Indio, CA. Interment will follow immediately at Coachella Valley Cemetery, Coachella, CA. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Forest Lawn Coachella.
