Joseph Vergara, 85, born July 28, 1940 in San Jose, CA to Adolph Benato and Caroline Torres. After the death of his father, Joseph was adopted by Richard and Betty Vergara of Los Angeles, CA where he resided for the rest of his life. Joseph was an Army veteran, real estate investor, voracious reader and a horse racing enthusiast.
Joseph is survived by his wife Trinidad, eight children, fourteen grand-children and two great-grandchildren.
