Joseph Arthur Fischer

Joseph Arthur Fischer (Joe) passed away on Thanksgiving Day November 23, 2017 of brain cancer, at the age of 24. Joe was born in Placentia, California August 28, 1993 and grew up in Chino Hills, California. He held several jobs during his young life, namely construction worker, courier, and church music leader. Joe was an accomplished musician and songwriter—several of Joe's songs are available on iTunes. He was a devoted Christian and especially loved leading others in worship at his church. He also quietly served the less fortunate by stopping to talk with those living on the streets and by buying food, shoes, jackets, or blankets and distributing them as needed.

He is survived by his father Jeff Fischer, his mother Lori Gough Fischer, and his sisters Jamie and Anna. A private burial service was held at Forest Lawn Covina Hills on December 4; a memorial service attended by several hundred was held December 10 in Chino Hills.
