It is with deep sorrow and much love that we mourn the passing of Jose Pelayo. He passed away on March 25, 2024 at the age of 93. Jose was born on September 18, 1930, in Villa de Purificacion, JAL, Mexico. He resided in Covina, CA at the time of his passing. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 72 years Maria D. Pelayo and their 13 children~ Victor Pelayo, Jose A. Pelayo, Frank Pelayo, Juan Pelayo, Jose M. Pelayo, Jorge Pelayo, Lupe Mora, Maricela Pelayo, Bertha Mares, Linda Romo, Claudia Lepe, Polita Arredondo and Lolita Cotton. Arrangements are under the care of Forest Lawn, Covina Hills, CA.
