Jose Olivares Legaspi

Jose Olivares Legaspi, Jr., 73, born on February 9, 1940, in Manila, Philippines, passed away December 1, 2013. He resided in Glendale at the time of his passing. Arrangements are under the direction of Forest Lawn, Glendale, CA.
He was born in Manila, Philippines to Jose Legaspi, Sr. and Maria Olivarez on 9 February, 1940. He spent his early years living in Manila before moving with his parents to San Pedro, Laguna. He graduated from San Pedro Central Elementary School before attending Lyceum of the Philippines. After college he met Rosalinda Roasa, they were married in Manila, Philippines. While in San Pedro, Laguna a son was born to the young couple, Joselito Legaspi. Couple of years later a daughter was born, Rosalie Legaspi. The family lived in San Pedro, Laguna for over thirty four years before moving to Glendale, California 2008.
He loved chatting to neighbors. He enjoyed watching movies, spent weekends in malls and traveling around the Philippines with his wife Linda. He was a caring, loving yet timid husband, father and grandfather to his grandchildren.
