Jose Isabel Fuentes

November 20, 1922 — March 26, 2022

José Isabel Fuentes was born on November 20, 1922, in El Sauce, a small town in El Salvador.

He was the son of Paula Fuentes, the eldest of six siblings, and survived by brothers José, Antonio, and sister Florencia Díaz.

With his dear wife Ana Reyes Fuentes (who passed away three years ago), he raised his beloved children: Rosa, José, and Sonia. Whom he considered his greatest treasure, he worked tirelessly for them and instilled values and principles to be good people.

His priority and greatest strength was always his family, with whom he enjoyed sharing his time, recounting his memories, and singing.

Humility and respect made him very special; he gave his unconditional friendship and offered his selfless help to whoever needed it. He had a heart full of love and gratitude for the people in his life.

He proudly showed off all his grandchildren, Jose Flores, Carlos Fuentes, Jessica Flores, Edgar Fuentes, Roxanna Ramirez, and Marcelo Fuentes.

With profound tenderness, he loved his great-grandchildren Emmeline Flores, María Rose Flores, Irie Fuentes, Lucas Flores, and Ray Ramirez.

He felt infinitely grateful to God the merciful Father for all the blessings received throughout his 99 years.

In the company of his loved ones, with much peace and serenity, he went to heaven into the arms of our Lord on March 26, 2022, where we long to meet again one day.
