John Daniel Zevallos

John D. Zevallos, born on July 12, 1950, in Burbank, California passed away October 1, 2013. He resided in Pacoima, California at the time of his passing. Johnny was such a caring and humble person. He was thankful for the life, 63 years, God had given him after having brain surgery for a brain tumor, when he was 16. John had to learn to walk again and his vision became double. John was determined, he did learn to walk even though his balanced was impaired. He was always optimistic, responsible, loving and down to earth in his thoughts. Last year when he found out he had bladder cancer he refused to have his bladder remove and replaced with a bag. He said, "Maybe it is my time to go" "I am ready" "Jesus is in my heart". God who knows all things, maybe chose to take John at this time before he had any more serious complications with cancer.
We will miss John, but we have his memories and sayings, like "Be careful how you drive the life you save might be mine ", "God bless you, happy trails"
