John F. Wiltshire, Sr.
78 of Hampstead, NH (formerly of Somerville, MA) passed away on June 3, 2014 after a brief illness. Beloved husband to Joan (Ormes) Wiltshire with whom he shared over 57 wonderful years of marriage. Son of the late Edward and Esther (Bernard) Wiltshire, loving father to John Jr., of Bristol, NH, Deborah Wiltshire of Haverhill, MA, Kristen (Wiltshire) Czerwonka and her husband Michael of Belmont, NH. Beloved Grandfather to Patrick, Kyle, and Paul (Jr.) Coffey, Ian Wiltshire, and Victoria Rose Czerwonka, whom he referred to as his little princess. Loving brother to Herbert Wiltshire, Sr. of Port Orange, FL, Jeanette Wiltshire and David Wiltshire of Somerville, MA. He is also survived by 10 nieces and nephews, and 22 grandnieces and grandnephews. He was loving brother to the late Robert Wiltshire of Vernon, CT., Ronald Wiltshire and Helen (Wiltshire) Hogan of Somerville, MA.
He was a lifelong resident of Somerville, MA until retiring to New Hampshire where he spent many wonderful hours with his fellow golfers. His generosity and sense of humor will be greatly missed by all who were fortunate to know him.
Calling hours will be held on Friday June 6, 2014 from 4:00 - 8:00 PM at Brookside Chapel & Funeral Home, 116 Main Street (Rt. 121A) in Plaistow, NH 03865. Private funeral services will be held on June 7, 2014.
