Tributes
From His wife, Brittany Harris
John, babe, husband, handsome, my literal best friend- I miss you deeply every single day! I’m so proud of us, we remained true to our vows until death did we part! You were as good at making me laugh as you were for praying for us, and I’m holding on to those memories. Every “I love you” said is a constant reminder of the beautiful bond we created—a bond that endures despite your absence. Your kindness, resilience, and unwavering commitment taught me the meaning of true love through God’s eyes and genuinely inspired me. Though you are no longer physically by my side, the memory of your love comforts me daily. I am resting knowing that you are no longer in pain, and there’s nothing I’ve ever wanted more than that. Thank you for loving me how you did and making me your wife!! May your soul rest in eternal peace. I love you forever!
Tribute from his Mother
To my Son. Having you for a son has been one of the greatest gifts that life has given to me. You had some difficult days, every day was not good but you found some good in every day. You will always be in my heart. I know you loved me, but I loved you more….Mom
Tribute from Aunts, Uncles, & Cousins
Heaven has received another angel, the night sky, another star. Your life has become a loving memory. I know you will never be far. I know you are watching over us as life goes. We will treasure the memories we have of you. I can’t believe you’re gone. You will always hold a special place in our hearts, a loving treasured spot. You were one in a million, a cut above the rest. All who know you would agree; you simply were the best. So, John, we will say goodbye. We love and miss you with all our hearts. But as long as we have our loving memories, we will never be too far apart.
