John Everett Fitzgerald, Jr., 78, born on August 22, 1939, lived in Eagle Rock most of his life. He retired to Wofford Heights (Lake Isabella) and passed away on January 14, 2018 after fighting cancer twice. He couldn't come back from the chemo and radiation as hard as he fought. John worked for the City of Los Angeles Housing Authority for 25 years. He is survived by his wife of 58 years Phyllis, daughter Phyllis Keithley (Dan), grandchildren Brian and Stephanie. Son John and grandchildren John and Karissa. Arrangements are under the direction of Forest Lawn, Hollywood Hills, California.
