Jocelyn Guzman, 18, passed away December 30, 2016 unexpectedly at Chino Valley Medical Center. She was a loving daughter, sister, aunt and friend. Her life was full of love, happiness and enthusiasm. Her beautiful eyes and smile could light up a room.
Memorial Service will be Wednesday, January 11 from 7 to 9 pm at Forest Lawn, Covina, California.
Funeral Service will be Thursday, January 12 at noon at Forest Lawn, Covina, California.
