Joann Anderson, 97, born on March 06, 1929, in Los Angeles, CA, United States, passed away June 21, 2026.
She met the love of her life at Occidental College, and was married for 52 years before her husband Kenneth Forbes Anderson passed away in 2004. She raised her 3 children in West Covina, CA and had 7 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
She was a prolific quilter and stained glass maker who loved to travel and enjoyed reading and crafting. She worked as a teacher before raising her children and then worked at the family camera and Hallmark store for many years.
She was actively involved with her family in her role as a grandmother. She resided in Los Angeles, CA at the time of her passing.
A burial service is planned on July 6 at Forest Lawn in Glendale.
