Jennifer Oda, 31, born on April 21, 1983 in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, passed away February 25, 2015. She is survived by her mother, Cristina Hum & husband Gin Hum, and brother James Hum residing in Thornhill, Ontario Canada, and by her father Luis Oda & wife Eiko Ozaki, sisters, Emily Oda and Lily Carmen Oda residing in Hamilton, Ontario Canada.

She resided in Sherman Oaks, California, at the time of her passing. Arrangements for her memorial service are under the direction of Forest Lawn Hollywood Hills, Los Angeles, California.
