Jennifer Mui Devin, a beloved wife, mother, and friend, passed away leaving behind a legacy of love, strength, and quiet grace.
Born in Vietnam and raised in the San Gabriel Valley, Jennifer carried with her a deep sense of humility, resilience, and care for others throughout her life. She was known for her kindness and generosity—always offering more of herself, even when she had little. She had a natural warmth that drew people in, showing genuine interest in everyone she met and forming meaningful connections wherever she went.
Jennifer embodied a natural elegance and undeniable beauty, yet she held them with a humility that never sought attention. Instead, she let her actions speak for her. She found joy in the simple things: cooking meals for those she loved, grocery shopping, taking quiet walks after dinner, and gathering people together. She had a gift for hosting, for making others feel at home, cared for, and full.
Above all, Jennifer was a devoted mother. She embodied the perfect balance of discipline and love—instilling in her daughters the value of education, hard work, and perseverance, while never letting them doubt how deeply they were loved. She showed her love through action: through warm embraces, thoughtful gestures, and the meals she prepared with care. Her love was steady, unconditional, and always present.
Jennifer’s greatest joy was her family. All she ever wanted was to see them happy, fulfilled, and successful. That love will continue to live on through her husband, Mitchel Devin, and her daughters, Delilah, Myling, and Melanie Devin, who carry forward the strength, compassion, and warmth she gave so freely.
