Jeannie O. Cory

Jeannie Cory, 77, born on December 17, 1944, in Oklahoma City, OK, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend passed away November 10, 2023. She resided in Covina, CA for 61 years at the time of her passing. She was a lover of nature and the outdoors. Other than her family her greatest joy was her beloved dogs. She rarely missed an opportunity to take them for walks everyday after work. And they were always with her as she brought them to work with her daily. She and my father were small business owners for 50+ years. Her personality sparkled like her beautiful green eyes. She had a good sense of humor as well. She saw the world through rose colored glasses, always wanting to focus on the positive in the world. She was deeply sensitive and loving, also one of the strongest people I have ever known. She was married to my father for 56 years before his passing. Both my mother and father did their best to set a good example for my sister, myself and their grandchildren. May you rest in peace Mom, you’ll always be in the hearts and memories of those you touched so deeply.
