attended St. James Grammar School and graduated from Haverhill High School, Class of 1946.





She was married to Peter Spokus, Jr.

Calling hours will be Thursday, March 16, from 5 to 8 p.m. at Brookside Chapel, 116 Main St., Plaistow, NH. Funeral Mass will be Friday, March 17, at 11 a.m. at All Saints Parish Church, 120 Bellevue Ave., Haverhill. Burial will follow at the Lithuanian Cemetery in Bradford.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Haitian Outreach, P.O. Box 16, Fitchburg, MA 01420, for the "Jeannette Spokus Memorial Scholarship Fund." Jeannette sponsored two Haitian girls through this program which provides education for children in Haiti.
