Born March 20, 1910 in Calgary Alberta Canada to William and Sarah Smith Clayton. Entered into Glory on October 15, 2015 in Lakewood, California. She had one brother, Charles, predeceased. On September 3, 1932, she married Harold 'Mac' McCone in Long Beach, California. Mac was in the US Navy so Mac & Jeanette moved a few times in their 82 years together, finally setting in Lakewood, California in 1950. She was member of St. Timothy Lutheran Church and walked to church every Sunday for over 40 years. Baptized in December, 1972. She is survived by her son Kenneth (Mary), and daughter, June (Ron) Severson and granddaughter Melody Severson.
Graveside Service to be held on Wednesday, October 21, 2015 at Forest Lawn, Cypress. In Lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations to St. Timothy Lutheran Church - 4645 Woodruff Avenue, Lakewood, California, 90713.
