Jean Granata

Jean Granata, 92, born on September 24, 1930, in , WI, United States, passed away August 26, 2023. She resided in La Verne, CA at the time of her passing. Arrangements are under the care of Forest Lawn, Covina Hills, CA.

Jean Granata was a devoted loving Wife, Mother, Grandma and GG. Her loyalty to family and friends surpassed none. She would go to any lengths to ensure their happiness and well-being.  Jean believed in the good in everyone.

Jean loved passing along jokes to everyone. She would make everyone laugh and smile (with an occassional groan!), especially during the pandemic.  She had a great love for football and basketball and talked about both to all those she met including physical therapists, doctors and service people. Her vast knowledge of both sports shocked and amazed all.

Jean also loved doing jigsaw puzzles, shopping on QVC, going out to eat with family and friends, and an occasional trip to casinos. She also loved music and was known to burst into song at any given time.

Jean's kindness and generosity was apprarent to all and will always be remembered.

Jean Granata's memories will always be in our hearts and we know we have been blessed to have these special memories.
