Kingston, NH:  Jean Rock Beaulieu, 69, a resident of Kingston, NH for the past twenty'six years and formerly of Lawrence, MA and Quebec, Canada died on Tuesday, January 8, 2013, at Holy Family Hospital, Methuen, MA.

Born in Thetford Mines, Quebec, son of the late Joseph and Yvonne (Laroche) Beaulieu, he was raised and educated in Sainte-Adrien d - Irelande.  Mr. Beaulieu owned and operated Jean's Smoke Shop in Lawrence, MA and was a self-employed mason, carpenter and also employed at Malden Mills Lawrence, before working for and retiring from the Archdiocese of Boston as a grave digger at Sacred Heart Cemetery, Andover, MA.  

A member of the former St. Anne's Parish in Lawrence, MA, he was a member of the French Social and Naturalization Club of Lawrence, MA and the Kingston Veteran's Club, Kingston, NH.

Mr. Beaulieu is survived by his wife of nineteen years, Suzetta L. (Crane) Beaulieu; a daughter and son-in-law, Guylaine Beaulieu and Russell Ahern of Haverhill, MA; a son, Jean Rock Beaulieu, Jr. of Kingston, NH; a stepson, James Patnaude and his wife, Christine of Plaistow, NH; two stepdaughters, Nicole Bonjour and her husband, Bert of St. Augustine, FL, and Dawn Churchill and her companion Scott Demyanovich of Deerfield, NH; two sisters and a brother-in-law, Doris Beaulieu of Thetford Mines, Quebec, and Diane Beaulieu and Maurice Lajoie of Edmunston, New Brunswick; a granddaughter, Madelyn Ahern of Haverhill, MA; three step grandchildren, Logan Bonjour of St. Augustine, FL, Devan Patnaude and Austin Patnaude both of Plaistow, NH; a sister-in-law; Judy Beaulieu of Salem, NH, a brother-in-law, Real Nicol of Canada, and several nieces, nephews and cousins.  He was predeceased by sisters Jeannette, Theresa, Rita, Carmelle, Georgette, Francine and brothers, Rock Emile, Real, and Michel Beaulieu.

Relatives and friends may call on Sunday, January 13, 2013, from 2-4pm and 6-8pm at Brookside Chapel & Funeral Home, 116 Main St., (Plaistow Village), Plaistow, NH.  His funeral will begin on Monday, January 14, 2013, at 9 AM from the funeral home with a Mass of Christian Burial following at 10 AM at Holy Angels, Plaistow, NH Haverhill, MA.  Burial will take place directly after at Pinegrove Cemetery, Kingston NH.
