Janice Hand, 85, born on October 24, 1940, in Gardner, ND, United States, passed away June 05, 2026. She resided in Fullerton, CA at the time of her passing. Arrangements are under the care of Forest Lawn, Cypress, CA.

A Life Well Lived

Our mother, Janice Hand-a woman whose love, faith, and devotion to her family shaped generations.

Janice was many things to many people. She was a beloved wife, a loving mother, a cherished aunt, grandmother, great-grandmother, and even a great-great-grandmother. Few people are blessed to leave behind such a large and loving family, and that is a testament to the life she lived and the love she gave so freely.

Her faith in God was the foundation of her life. She found comfort and strength in reading her Bible, participating in Bible studies, and living according to the values she held dear. Her faith guided her through life's joys and challenges and served as an example to everyone around her.

Mom found happiness in life's simple pleasures. She loved reading. tending to her yard, and keeping a clean and welcoming home. She took pride in caring for the things and people she loved. Her home was a place where family felt welcome, where laughter was shared, and where memories were made.

One of the things we will remember most about Janice was her love for bringing family together, especially during Christmas. The holiday gatherings she hosted created traditions and memories that will live on in all of us. Those celebrations weren't just about presents or decorations they were about family, togetherness, and love.

She also enjoyed adventure and making memories beyond home. She loved camping and treasured trips with friends to Hawaii. Family vacations to the Salton Sea brought joy, laughter, and stories that will be remembered for years to come. Whether she was traveling across the ocean or spending time with family closer to home, what mattered most to her was sharing those experiences with the people she loved Janice's greatest legacy is not found in the places she visited or the things she owned, but in the lives she touched. Her love, guidance, faith, and kindness will continue to live on through her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.

While our hearts are heavy with grief, we are grateful for the years we shared with her. We take comfort in knowing that her faith sustained her throughout her life and that she is now at peace in the presence of the Lord she loved so much.

Rest in peace, Janice Hand.

You were deply loved, and you will never be forgotten.
