Mike was preceded in death by his wife of 61 years, Patricia "Pat", in 2012. He is survived by his daughter Sally Ingersoll; son and daughter-in-law, Jim and Kelley Roberts; daughter and son-in-law, Alice and Joe Reader; grandchildren James, Krista and Michael Roberts and Christopher, Jonathan and Thomas Reader.
Memorial service June 28, 2014 at 9:30 a.m. at the Church of the Hills, Forest Lawn Hollywood Hills, Los Angeles, California
A Reception will follow the service on Saturday, June 28, 2014 at 10:45 AM at the Hall of Liberty.
