James Ryan Chappell, 29, was born on January 9, 1983, in Corona, California. He left this life on September 13, 2012. James was an Officer for the CA Department of Corrections and a Staff Sergeant in the United States Army. He is survived by his wife, Megan Chappell and their 4 children; Alexis, Erika, Lucas and due in December, Evelyn.

James was honored and laid to rest on September 25, 2012 at Riverside National Cemetery, 22495 Van Buren Boulevard, Riverside CA 92518.
