Jacqueline E. Hernandez

Jacqueline E. Hernandez, 80, born on February 1, 1938, in Brooklyn, New York, passed away November 19, 2018. She resided in Pasadena, California at the time of her passing. Jacqueline will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 61 years, Tony and her children, RoseAnn (Mando), Jacqueline (James), Jennifer, Anthony (Teri). As well her grandchildren, Randi Ann (Adrian), Jacqueline (Ryan), Franki (Jeremy), Jonathan, Jessica, and Makayla, by three great-grandchildren, Nola, Hayden and Julian and by her bothers, Peter and Joseph. She will also be forever remembered by numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family and dear friends.

Funeral services will be held at Forest Lawn Memorial Park, 21300 E. Via Verde Dr., Covina Hills, CA. A viewing will be held on Tuesday, December 4, 2018, 5-9pm. On Wednesday, December 5, 2018, services will be held at the Church of Heritage from 2:30-3:30pm, and the burial will be from 3:45-5. All are welcomed. In lieu of flowers, please make charitable donations to the Bradshaw Mountain Wildlife Association, which is her niece's animal recuse habitat. Donations may be mailed to 18200 S.
