Jackson is survived by his mother, Kimberly Mace, his maternal grandparents, William and Deborah (Morrison) Mace of Sandown, his uncle, Nicholas Mace of Somerville, MA, his aunt Stephanie Mace and her boyfriend Ryan Wilson of West Roxbury, MA, his maternal great grandmother, Claire (Hanlon) Mace of Danville, and several great aunts and uncles, and cousins.
Funeral services are private. Memorial donations may be made to the Franciscan Children's, 31 Warren Street, Brighton, MA 02135 or to the Make-A-Wish Foundation, 814 Elm Street #300, Manchester, NH 03101.
