In Kyu Lee, a hardworking and loyal man, passed away on August 31, 2023, at the age of 75 in Los Angeles, CA. Born on December 12, 1947, in Seoul, South Korea, In Kyu Lee lived a remarkable life filled with love, determination, and countless accomplishments.

In Kyu Lee's journey began in Korea where he bravely fought in the Vietnam War as part of the Korean army. His commitment to serving his country showcased his courage and dedication. After his military service, he met his Kyung Hee Lee, with who he'd marry and have 3 sons, Chong Suk, Chong Won, and Chong Young Lee. In Kyu Lee made his way to Koreatown in Los Angeles, CA in 1982 with his family, where he would build a prosperous life and leave an indelible mark on those around him.

One of In Kyu Lee's proudest accomplishments was founding his own business named Melrose Tires, Wheels, and Hubcaps. Through hard work and dedication, he turned his entrepreneurial spirit into a successful venture that became a source of great pride for him. His business is still well alive to this day, carried on my his family.

When he wasn't working hard or spending time with his loved ones, In Kyu Lee enjoyed several hobbies and interests. He had an enthusiasm for sports and could often be found cheering for his favorite teams. He had a deep appreciation for oldies music and cherished the nostalgic melodies that touched his heart. Visiting swap meets was another pastime that brought him joy, where he could indulge in his love for discovering hidden treasures. Above all, In Kyu Lee adored his wife's cooking, relishing every meal she prepared. He had a particular fondness for cheeseburgers, and no one could resist joining him for a tasty bite. His dogs held a special place in his heart, and their playful antics always brought a smile to his face. In Kyu Lee also loved dancing, often to oldies music by artists such as Elvis Presley.

In Kyu Lee's legacy will forever be cherished by those who were fortunate enough to have known him. He leaves behind memories filled with laughter, love, and inspiration. The impact he made as a husband, father, friend, and entrepreneur will be remembered fondly by everyone whose lives he touched.

A funeral service will be held on September 23, 2023, at Forest Lawn - Hollywood Hills - Church of the Hills in Los Angeles, CA. The service will begin at 12:30 PM and conclude at 1:30 PM. Friends and family are encouraged to come together to honor the life of this remarkable man.

In Kyu Lee is survived by his loving wife Kyung Hee Lee and their three sons Chong Suk, Chong Won, and Chong Young Lee. During this time of loss, may they find solace in the memories they shared with such an extraordinary individual.
