Ida Tavitian

Ida was born in Bucharest, Romanian with three other sisters, whom she was very close. A beautician by trade, Ida immigrated to the U.S., settling in Los Angeles, in her early 30s to pursue a better life for herself and family. Ida created several successful businesses and a thriving life for herself and daughters in Beverly Hills for several years before moving to Burbank and then, to Las Vegas to retire.    

Ida had an optimistic outlook on life and believed in paying it forward whenever she could. She had an infectious laughter and a sharp sense of humor. She was a very strong woman and a fierce protector of her family and those she loved. She had impeccable taste and high expectations for herself and those around her. Ida was a fighter and always a champion for the underdog.  

Ida was predeceased by her son, Garibaldi Mantigualtiero, and her sister Sonia Murkijanian. Ida’s eldest sister, Nvart Kabadaian, also passed away approximately two weeks after Ida. Ida is survived by her beloved daughters, Yvette and Christina; great-grandchildren, Tatyana, Andrew, Talar, Nayiri, and Mario; and great-grandchildren, Omni, Cain and Asaiah. She is also survived by sister, Seta; nephew, Vasken; and great-niece, Catherine; as well as countless other friends and family.
