Ida H. Meaglia

Ida H. Meaglia, 89, passed away March 25, 2019. She resided in Alhambra, California at the time of her passing. Ida was born on January 7, 1930, in New York, New York to Domenico and Ermelinda Scarlato. At the age of 12, she moved with her parents, sister and maternal grandmother to Los Angeles, CA. Upon graduating from Benjamin Franklin High School, she married Richard Meaglia in June of 1948. They were married for 62 years until Richard's passing in 2010. Ida was a loving wife, mother, nana and great-nana. She was an amazing cook, a talented seamstress and her grandchildren's biggest fan at all of their sporting events over the years. Survivors include two daughters, Debbie DeVine and her husband Gary, Pam Caligiuri and her husband Tim; four grandchildren, Brent Baisley, Ryan Baisley and wife Jenevieve, Matt Caligiuri and wife Pearl, and Marissa Caligiuri; three great-grandchildren, Jaelyn and Gavin Baisley, and Luca Caligiuri.
