Ibelise Seda

Ibelise Seda, 72, born on June 26, 1942, in Cabo Rojo, Puerto Rico, passed away June 27, 2014. Her passing was preceded by the passing of her father and mother, Juan and Pascuala Seda, and her brothers Johnny and Ellie. She is survived by her brothers and their wives, Mario and Monsita Seda, Pete and Annette Seda, her nieces, nephews and families, Nanette and Robert Lotzgezell, Donna Seda and her daughters Cassandra and Isabelle, Derrick and Danelle Seda and their daughters Brenna and Peyton, and Lisa's son Lorenzo, her daughter-in-law Consuelo, and her two granddaughters Sandy and Yvette. She resided in Sherman Oaks, California at the time of her passing.

She lived her life as some preach to live it: In the loving service of humankind. She gave of herself to all that she knew, leaving this world a far better place than it was when she arrived. There has been an outpouring of love in the wake of her passing, from all those she touched. So by following her example, perhaps she will live on in perpetuity through our efforts to be of service to others.

She leaves us all full and thankful for the time that we had together, though we will continue to miss her terribly. To sooth our wounded hearts, we can spend time remembering all of the wonderful experiences we were lucky enough to have with her. As we move forward in our own lives, we will surely all express to her how much she was loved and cherished during her time here; that we will continue to love her; and that we shall never forget her.
