Honorato Valera Bigornia

HONORATO VALERA BIGORNIA, 92, born on February 8, 1920, in Bangued, Abra, Philippines to the late Ramiro and Daria, passed away May 14, 2012 peacefully at his home in Los Angeles. He lived a long, happy life. He was a beloved father, wonderful grandfather and great-grandfather.
He worked for 16 years with the Los Angeles County before retiring. Besides seriously enjoying his gardening chores or watching his favorite TV programs, he dearly loved to dance and socialize with his friends and relatives in the community and church events. Honorato was preceded in death of his loving wife of 54 years, Felicidad. They both loved travelling. Oh Boy! did they ever travel? He will be sorely missed by those who survive him including his only son, Ed, and daughter-in-law, Chris; his special grand kids, Edwin Bigornia and Elaine Takahashi; great-grand kids, Evan, Christian, Calista and Keirra.
Arrangements are under the direction of Forest Lawn, Hollywood Hills, CA.
