Hilda Emilie Gurney, born December 7, 1916, in Red Bud, Illinois, passed away March 18, 2015 at age 98. She resided in Moorpark, California at the time of her passing. She is survived by her daughter Hilda C. Gurney and sons Harlan L Gurney and John V. Gurney and their families. A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00am Tuesday April 21, 2015 at St. Luke Lutheran Church, 5312 Comercio Way, Woodland Hills, CA 91364 with a reception and refreshments to follow at the Church. She will be interred at a private family ceremony at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Glendale. Arrangements are under the direction of Forest Lawn, Glendale, California.
