Hilda, her husband and two daughters came from Cuba on December 19, 1966 and have lived in California ever since. She was a dedicated and loving wife, a doting mother and a true friend. She loved spending time gardening as well as caring for and loving her pets very much being a country girl herself and the daughter of a farmer. She was admired and loved by many of her friends and family. She had very strong religious beliefs and we know it was her faith that helped her during her most difficult days.
We will miss her dearly but are also grateful that she was with us for as long as she was and blessed us with her gentle, kind soul. She will be our guardian angel looking down on us until we join her in eternal life.
Her legacy will continue as we honor her in keeping the deep seeded values she instilled in us and has made us the family we are today. It is those same values that help us get through this most difficult time.
We know and believe that God our Father only takes the best of us and she was certainly one of the best and just like she loved and watched over us in life, she will now join her mother and father to watch over us in her new and everlasting life.
