He was predeceased by his wife of 70 years, Darlene Bruner (age 91), in November 2022. They are survived by family members including Cynthia, Lynn, Rebecca Ballarin (Aldo), Stephanie Robison (James), and seven grandchildren.
A ceremony will be held at New Tacoma Cemetery in University Place, WA at a date to be determined.
