Hannah's Story
Born on September 1, 2001 to Mark and Kimberly Bartholomew, Hannah was the beloved youngest of six children: Lauren, Rhett, Tzeitel, Sarah and Grace. As the baby of the family, she was affectionately known as "Hecka Becka Babylove," a name that perfectly captured the joy and light she brought into their lives. Hannah had a personality as fiery as her red hair and as captivating as her ice blue eyes; she was bubbly, sassy and full of passion. She had a love for the stage, performing in dance, cheerleading, choir, and musical theatre. Her Soprano singing voice won her many awards and accolades. Her creativity and artistic talent extended beyond performance. In the Summer of 2024, Hannah graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology, specializing in forensics from California State University, Fullerton. A true Disney devotee, Hannah spent much of her free time at the Disney Parks, her happy place, embracing the magic and wonder that reflected her own spirit. In January 2021, she met the love of her life, Conner Weissberg. On December 6, 2024, he proposed, and she said “Yes!” Their dream of an Enchanted Forest wedding was planned for December 6, 2026. Their happily ever after was shattered just as it began. Their love story remains one of deep devotion and commitment. Hannah had a heart that overflowed with love for those around her. She was fiercely loyal to her family and friends, always going above and beyond to make them feel special. She poured her love into every aspect of her life, making the world a brighter, more magical place. Hannah was proud to be a devoted dog mom to Penelope and Pumpkin Pie. Though Hannah’s time with us was far too short, the impact she made will be felt forever. Her vibrant spirit, boundless love, and unforgettable presence will live on in the hearts of all who knew her. Hannah, you were the star of the show—on stage and in life. We love you always and will miss you forever.
