Forever Loved

Guadalupe Vargas, lovingly known as Lupita, entered eternal rest on January 4, 2026, on her 85th birthday. A woman of deep Catholic faith, she lived a life devoted to God and family. She was the beloved daughter of Sotero Macías and María de Jesús Aguilar and grew up in the mountains of Jalisco, Mexico, alongside six brothers and five sisters. Lupita was the proud mother of five children—two sons and three daughters—and is survived by 16 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren. She shared her love through cooking and gardening and now rests in God’s eternal peace.

En Memoria

Guadalupe Vargas, cariñosamente conocida como Lupita, partió a la vida eterna el 4 de enero de 2026, el día de su 85º cumpleaños. Mujer de profunda fe católica, dedicó su vida a Dios y a su familia. Hija querida de Sotero Macías y María de Jesús Aguilar, creció en las montañas de Jalisco junto a seis hermanos y cinco hermanas. Fue madre orgullosa de cinco hijos: dos hijos y tres hijas. Le sobreviven 16 nietos y 22 bisnietos. Demostraba su amor a través de la cocina y la jardinería. Ahora descansa en la paz eterna de Dios, para siempre amada.
