Gregoria C. Cepek

Gregoria C. Cepek, 86, born on March 12, 1926, in National City, California, passed away November 18, 2012. She resided in Orange, California at the time of her passing. Arrangements are under the direction of Forest Lawn, Cypress, California. Gregoria (Linda) Cepek was born on March 12, 1926 in National City. Gregoria passed away peacefully at her home in Anaheim California. Gregoria was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and a devoted sister. Gregoria was the heart and soul of the family. She believed in the American dream, and always said that you can become whatever you want in this country if you work hard enough to achieve it. Gregoria was a strong woman of faith in her lord Jesus Christ, and passed on that faith to her family. She lived the majority of her life in Anaheim California where she spent time ministering to families in the area, spreading the word of God, and praying with those families. She enjoyed collecting and decorating her home with roosters as it reminded her of her childhood when she raised chickens. Another hobby she had was caring for her garden. She was appreciated, admired and loved by her entire family, and will be dearly missed.

Gregoria is survived by her husband of 50 years Conrad Cepek, 5 loving daughters, Carmen Carreon (Ramon), Rose Zepeda (Jesse) , Yolanda Rivera (Mario), Rosalva Griffin (Mark) and Blanca Salgado(Gilbert), 9 handsome grandsons, 3 beautiful grand-daughters and 19 great grand-children. She also survived her brother Jose Castro (Eve), and a sister Lucia Romero as well as many other friends and family members. Gregoria was preceded in death by her parents and sister Clarita Dilger (John).
