Gordon A. Behne

Gordon A. Behne, 82, originally from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, passed away suddenly in his home in Rancho Mirage, CA on April 25, 2018. He worked as an industrial engineer at Wigwam Mills in Wisconsin before moving to CA. Upon moving to CA he enjoyed his semi-retirement working for Hank and Louise Hampton at Prudential Realty and later as a ranger at Tamarisk Country Club in Rancho Mirage. He is survived by his beloved wife of 57 years, Marlane Behne, his son Kyle and his wife Kim Damien of Lewisville TX, as well as two daughters, Janine Donovan and her husband Tom of Cathedral City CA, and Alicia Waters and her husband Sean of Queen Creek AZ. He also leaves behind 5 grandchildren, Jonathon Reichart, Christian Damien, Kelsey, Alek and Marissa Waters. Gordon was an avid sports fan, with a special fondness for all Wisconsin sports teams, he also had an affinity to jazz music. Private services were conducted by Forest Lawn in Cathedral City CA, with a celebration of life to be conducted in the future.
