Gonzalo Serna Lopez, 90, born on February 15, 1929, in San Jose De La Palma, Zacatecas, Mexico, passed away May 10, 2019. He resided in Cathedral City, California at the time of his passing. He is survived by his wife of 55 years Mercedes Lopez and 7 children; Fernando, Yolanda, Becky, Maggie, Monica, Gonzalo, and Art. Also 14 grandchildren; Matthew, Tiffany, Jacqueline, Nathaniel, Dillon, Isabella, Sarah, Megan, Aidan, Raquel, Madison, Maribel, Emily, and Julian and 1 great-granddaughter, Venus. His four brothers and one sister; Salvador, Chilo, Elias, Rafael, and Antonio. Gonzalo Lopez was a wonderful Husband, father, brother, and grandfather. He was a man who lived a blessed life and lived it to the fullest, he will be deeply missed. Arrangements are under the direction of Forest Lawn, Cathedral City, California.
