Gloria Wagner

Gloria Wagner, a resident of the City of San Dimas, passed away at Hoag Presbyterian Hospital, Newport Beach, on May 24th after a long illness.  

Gloria was born December 28th, 1960 at White Memorial Hospital in Los Angeles California.  She grew up in Monterey Park and attended Mark Keppel High School. Gloria loved children and worked at Little People Pre-School in Rosemead before starting her in-home family daycare business in Temple City in 1993.  She continued with her Wagner Family Daycare business after the family moved to San Dimas in 2018 until her illness made it impossible to do so.

Her life revolved around children and her family and when she had the time, she enjoyed traveling, especially to Monterey, CA. She also enjoyed baking, shopping, and watching basketball. She was a Grammie that never forgot a grandchild’s birthday and she loved the holidays of Christmas, Easter and Thanksgiving. The grandchildren never wanted for anything.

She is survived by her husband, Donald; her sons Daniel, Eugene, Robert, daughter-in-law, Mayra Parra; and her three grandchildren, Victoria, Jacob and Adam.
