Gloria Bryan

Gloria was born in New York on November 6, 1936, and passed peacefully in her home of natural causes on February 10, 2026. She married the love of her life Raeburn Bryan on August 13, 1972 in Las Vegas and they lived in Bellflower, CA until his death in 1981. Gloria bought her home in Huntington Beach in 1998, and one of her greatest joys was her daily walks on the HB pier. She had a long and interesting professional career and made many friends along the way. In her retirement she enjoyed reading, socializing with friends at The Corner, O'Connells, and the Elks Lodge, and took many cruises. Being healthy and alert were of paramount importance to her, and she treasured her morning walks near the ocean. She was a free spirit full of life and spunk who was always ready with a smile and a joke. She volunteered for many years at the Huntington Beach Assistance League, and was a lover of animals, especially cats. She will be dearly missed by her many friends.

Gloria's graveside Burial wil be held at Forest Lawn, 1500 San Antonio Long Beach CA on Monday March 9, 2026 at 2 p.m.  A Celebration of Life will be held at the Corner in HB in late March/early April (date TBD).
