Gina Velasquez

Gina Velasquez, 58, born on September 16, 1966 in Glendale, California, passed away on February 20, 2025. 

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved Gina Velasquez who left this world on February 20th 2025. GINA was a radiant soul, a woman of beauty and glamour, whose presence lit up every room she entered.

A true lover of music and film, Ginafound joy in the rhythm of Madonna’s hits and the timeless beats of disco. She also loved classics like Frank Sinatra and Andre Bochelli.  Yet, she also had a deep appreciation for classic cinema, cherishing films like Braveheart, Last of the Mohicans, Dances with Wolves, and Gladiator. She admired the grace and talent of Hollywood’s golden era, with icons like Marlon Brando, Greta Garbo, and Bette Davis holding a special place in her heart. She also loved I Love Lucy and little Rascals.

Beyond her love for the arts, she was a devoted daughter, sister, mother, and friend. As part of a family of six, she shared an unbreakable bond with her loved ones, always bringing warmth, laughter, and a touch of elegance to every gathering. Her kindness, strength, and unmistakable sense of style will never be forgotten.

Though she is no longer with us, her spirit lives on in the music she danced to, the films she cherished, and the love she gave so freely. May she rest in eternal peace, forever glamorous and forever in our hearts.

She resided in Los Angeles, California, at the time of her passing. Arrangements are under the direction of Forest Lawn Hollywood Hills, Los Angeles, California.
