Gerardo P Tabuena

Gerardo P Tabuena, 78, born on September 24, 1935, in Virac Catanduanes, Philippines, passed away June 16, 2014. Youngest son of the late Severino Tabuena and Filomena Tabuena. On November 15, 1959 he was married to Teresita Cruz at Saint Andrews Catholic Church, Paranaque City, Philippines. He finished his Bachelor's of Science Degree in Commerce Major in Accounting from Francisco College, Philippines. In 1966, he passed the board exam and became a Certified Public Accountant. He worked for Delta Motors Philippines as the Finance Controller, VP for 20 years. In 1985, he worked for a foreign company based in California where he worked as an accountant and then moved to Virginia to work for Litton Corporation until 1998. He passed away at Huntington Memorial Hospital in Pasadena, California surrounded by his family. Gerry was predeceased by his son Gilbert at the age of 37. Survived by his loving wife Teresita, sons Ruel and Luis, only daughter Vivian, six grandchildren, and 3 great grandchildren.
