Gerald Perkins

In the company of his loved ones Gerald Keith Perkins (Jerry), age 88, passed away on Friday, May 26, 2023 in his residence located in Thousand Palms, California. Jerry was born on February 2, 1935, in Eugene, Oregon to Alva and Leona Perkins. Jerry was a successful past business owner of Clatsop Distributing, B & D Enterprises, Trophy Club, Coyts, Hideaway and the Corner Club which were all located in the Pacific North West.  Jerry met his 2nd wife, Kathleen (Taylor), the love of his life and they were married on April 17, 1975. Together they raised a blended family of 9. Jerry loved to travel, play golf, watch football and spend time with his family and friends. Jerry leaves behind his wife Kay, his children Terry Taylor, Bobby Taylor (Sara), Tammy Taylor, Kari Gauthier (Phil), Jodi Perkins, Tony Taylor, Gerald Perkins II and Tobi Zavala; his brother Larry Perkins (Shirley), three nieces and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his father Alva and mother Leona, his daughter Lori Longo and son-in-law Richard Zavala.
