George Shafik Gerges

Always in our hearts; George Shafik Gerges, born on January 15, 1919 in Beni Sueif, Egypt, went home to be with the Lord December 3, 2014 in Huntington Beach, California. Loving husband of Hekma Gerges; his wife of 63 years. George is the father of Ola Shafik, Rawya Boctor, Hoda Storage and Hanan Bushra. He loved the Lord with all his heart and served Him faithfully. He will be greatly missed, but we're confident he is in glory with his Lord and Savior.

Viewing/Visitation will be held at Forest Lawn Memorial in Cypress, California on Friday, December 19, 2014 from 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM
Memorial Service will be held at Forest Lawn Memorial in Cypress, California on Saturday, December 20, 2014 at 2:00 PM
Burial immediately after the Service
Fellowship at the Gerges' residence in Huntington Beach following the ceremony.
