Gene Dante David

Gene Dante H. David, 63 years of age, passed away on Monday, October 2, 2023 at his home in Ontario, California.

A vigil will be held on October 27, 2023 at the Memory Chapel Forest Lawn Covina Hills 21300 Via Verde Drive, Covina CA 91724 from 5:00 PM to 9:00PM with a Holy Mass between 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM. 

Cremation services will follow on Tuesday, October 31, 2023 at 8:00 A.M. 

Gene was born on June 15, 1960 in Mabalacat City, Pampanga to German F. David and Eufemia S. David.  He went to school in the cities of Mabalacat and Angeles.  He graduated from Holy Angel University with a degree in Civil Engineering.   He married Jennifer J. Yturralde in 1995 and two children were born from this union.  Gene worked as a construction manager almost a decade before moving to California, U.S.A. in 1993.  He worked in a sheet metal company and Sears prior to joining the United States Postal Services in 2005.

Gene is preceded in death by his father, two brothers and his son, Angelo.  He is survived by his spouse, son, mother, brothers and sisters and their families.
