Gary Leroy Schneidmiller

Gary Leroy Schneidmiller, 71, born on April 24, 1946, in Long Beach, California, passed away peacefully at his residence in Chino, California, surrounded by his loving family on June 29, 2017. He was raised in Farmington, New Mexico where he met and married his high school sweetheart. Gary was voted most athletic in high school. He was captain of the football team and baseball team. He scored the most touchdowns in the state of New Mexico during his senior year in 1963-1964. Gary was voted by the league coaches as the first string running back for the North-South Football Team where he dominated and led the team to victory. Gary attended CSULB where he earned a Master's Degree in Medical Microbiology and graduated cum laude. He was an expert in his field and a dedicated employee that remained working for over 30 years. He was a wonderful husband, a caring father and a doting grandfather. He resided in Chino, California for over 42 years. He is survived by his wife Marcy Schneidmiller, his three children, daughters Tiffany Schneidmiller and Tisha Schneidmiller- Baiz and son Gary Schneidmiller Jr. and seven grandchildren Brianna Baiz, Brooklynn Baiz, Chad Chavez, Amanda Chavez, Jacob Chavez, Madison Chavez, Mason Schneidmiller and a new grandchild due in December. Arrangements are under the direction of Forest Lawn, Covina, California and his service will take place on Tuesday July 11th, at 12 noon. Gary's Celebration of Life will be held at his daughter Tiffany's house following the service.
