Gabriel Daudi Neal

Gabriel Daudi Neal was born on Saturday, 20 January 1979 in Falls Church, Virginia and returned home to heaven on Saturday, 13 December 2014.

Following his parents (he had no choice!), at age 4 months, he lived in Phoenix, Arizona for 3 years followed by 2 years in Ann Arbor, Michigan while his father was completing his medical education and training. In July 1984, when he was 5 years old, the family moved back to Southern California.

Gabriel attended Nazarene Christian School, followed by middle school at the Brethren Schools. He graduated from Paramount High School in 1997. He attended El Camino Junior College and finally California State University at Long Beach.

Gabriel was involved in his/this local church through his formative years. This included Caravans (scouting type program), Bible quizzing, children's choir, and a plethora of youth department activities.

Gabriel had been a very physically active little boy and this continued through manhood. He participated in a range of sports including soccer, baseball, basketball and football. He would have enjoyed golf more, but his parents "didn't give him enough allowance". He was a diehard Los Angeles Lakers and Oakland Raiders fan.

Over the last several years Gabriel has worked with his younger brother Joel in an architecture/architectural consulting business.

In May 2014, Gabriel became father to his only child Kimoni.

Gabriel is survived by his son Kimoni Jordan Neal, girlfriend Theresa Arias, parents Nathaniel and Annette Neal, brother Joel Neal, sister Rebekah Neal, grandparents John and Rosie Neal and Galen Anderson, 12 great aunts, 5 great uncles, 8 aunts, 10 uncles, and cousins too numerous to count.
