Pastora Gabina Olivas

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Gabina Olivas, 74. She was born on November 25, 1950, in Ciudad de México (CDMX), Mexico, and passed away on March 11, 2025, leaving behind a beautiful legacy. At the time of her passing, she resided in Long Beach, CA.

Gabina Olivas was a devoted daughter, sister, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and a beloved pastor of Iglesia Cristiana Refugiate En Jehová in Long Beach, where she faithfully served for 21 years. Her unwavering faith, kindness, and dedication to God’s work deeply impacted the lives of so many. Gabina was a source of strength and wisdom, offering love, guidance, and comfort to all who knew her. While we mourn her passing, we also celebrate the beautiful legacy she leaves behind and take comfort in knowing she is at peace with the Lord.

Throughout her life, Gabina was known for her compassion and unwavering commitment to helping others. As a true matriarch, she inspired those around her to live with love and purpose. Her influence and example will be cherished by her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and all whose lives she impacted.
