Freddie Paulino

Freddie Paulino, a Chief Engineer and resident of Westminster, Ca, died on March 19, 2025 with his wife and daughter at his bedside at UCI Medical in Fountain Valley.

Freddie is survived by his wife of 54 years Suzanne Paulino, his children, Matthew, Jared and Andrea, his grandkids Jonathan, Kelani, Jennifer, Jared Jr, Vanessa, Wesley, and Gadge, and great granddaughter Sophie.

Freddie Paulino, 75, born on June 27, 1949, in Agana, Guam to Jose San Nicholas Paulino and Elizabeth Flores Rosario. In 1970 while attending Golden West College, he met his wife ice skating at the Ice Palace. Soon after he left to serve in the US Army during the Vietnam War where he received the Medal of Valor. Once back home Freddie went back to school to finish his degree at Golden West College, became an engineer and inventor with a registered patent. He worked on a team of engineers that designed the air conditioning system on the NASA Space Shuttle and finished his career as Chief Engineer.

Freddie was a devoted father and man of unwavering faith. A man that lived sensibly with a purpose and knew his time here on earth was finite. In his elder years he learned how to live in the moment and found joy in his family's success and happiness, He will be deeply missed by his friends, family and all that knew him.

His arrangements are under the care of Forest Lawn, Cypress, CA.
